Ingredients for a "Passion Colada"

• White Rum
• Cream
• Passion-fruit Juice
• Coconut Syrup

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz White Rum
• 2 oz Cream
• 2 oz Passion-fruit Juice
• 1 oz Coconut Syrup

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the white rum, cream, passion-fruit juice and coconut syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake well, and pour into a pina colada glass
• Garnish with a pineapple chunk or a maraschino cherry, and serve
