Ingredients for a "Parrot Cocktail"

• Yellow Chartreuse®
• Dry Vermouth
• Apricot Brandy
• Anisette

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Yellow Chartreuse®
• 1 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1 oz Apricot Brandy
• 1 tsp Anisette

Blending Instructions:

• Stir and strain into a wine glass filled with broken ice
• Garnish with red, green and yellow cherries on a stick
