Ingredients for a "Papaya Sling"

• Gin
• Lime
• Papaya Juice
• Bitters
• Carbonated Water
• Pineapple

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Gin
• Juice of 1 Lime
• 1 Tblsp Papaya Juice
• 1 Dash Bitters
• Carbonated Water
• 1 Stick Pineapple

Blending Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water and pineapple stick) with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes
• Fill with carbonated water and stir
• Add the pineapple stick and serve
