Ingredients for a "Pall Mall Martini"

• Gin
• Dry Vermouth
• Sweet Vermouth
• White Creme De Menthe
• Orange Bitters

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1 tsp White Creme de Menthe
• 1 Dash Orange Bitters

Blending Instructions:

• Stir the gin, vermouths, creme de menthe and orange bitters together in a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve
