Ingredients for a "Owen Moore"

• Light Rum
• Creme De Cacao
• Heavy Cream
• Blue Curacao

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Light Rum
• 1/2 oz White Creme de Cacao
• 1 oz Heavy Cream
• 1 tsp Blue Curacao

Blending Instructions:

• In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, creme de cacao, and havy cream
• Shake well
• Strain into a cocktail glass
• Drop the Curacao into the center of the drink
