Orange FizzAlcoholic - ABV 11 ( 23 proof)

Ingredients for a "Orange Fizz"

• Gin
• Lemon Juice
• Triple Sec
• Simple Syrup
• Orange Bitters
• Orange Juice
• Soda Water

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Gin
• 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
• 2 tsp Triple Sec
• 1 1/2 tsp Simple Syrup
• 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
• 1 Splash Orange Juice
• 3 - 5 oz Soda Water

Blending Instructions:

• Add the gin, lemon juice, triple sec, simple syrup and orange bitters to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake well, and strain into a sour glass
• Fill with soda, and top with orange juice
• Garnish with a slice of orange, and serve
