Ingredients for a "Officer Down"

• Southern Comfort® Peach Liqueur
• Amaretto Almond Liqueur
• Rose's® Lime Juice
• Bacardi® 151 Rum

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Southern Comfort® Peach Liqueur
• 1 oz Amaretto Almond Liqueur
• 1 oz Rose's® Lime Juice
• 1 Dash Bacardi® 151 Rum

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the Southern Comfort, amaretto and Rose's lime juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake well, and strain into an old-fashioned glass
• Float the Bacardi 151 rum on top, and serve
