• Hazelnut Liqueur
• Coconut Rum
• Spiced Rum
• Milk
• Ice

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Banana Liqueur
• 1 oz Hazelnut Liqueur
• 1 oz Coconut Rum
• 1 oz Spiced Rum
• 3 1/2 oz Milk
• 5 oz Ice
