Ingredients for a "Northside Special"

• Jamaican Dark Rum
• Orange Juice
• Lemon Juice
• Caster Sugar
• Soda Water

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Jamaican Dark Rum
• 3 oz Orange Juice
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 2 tsp Caster Sugar
• 2 oz Soda Water

Blending Instructions:

• Add all ingredients (except soda) to a collins glass
• Dissolve sugar, filled with crushed ice, and add soda
• Garnish with a cherry, slices of lemon and orange, and serve with straws
