Ingredients for a "North Pole Cocktail"

• Gin
• Maraschino Liqueur
• Lemon Juice
• Egg White
• Whipped Cream

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Maraschino Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 Egg White
• Whipped Cream

Blending Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients (except whipped cream) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass
• Top with whipped cream and serve
