• Calvados® Brandy
• LBV Port
• Egg
• Caster Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Calvados® Brandy
• 1 oz LBV Port
• 1 Beaten Egg Yolk
• 1 tsp Caster Sugar

Blending Instructions:

• Shake well and strain into a wine goblet filled with broken ice
• Sprinkle with grated nutmeg, and serve
