Ingredients for a "New Orleans Hurricane"

• Light Rum
• 151 Proof Rum
• 7-Up® Soda
• Lime Juice
• Passion-fruit Syrup

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Light Rum
• 1 oz 151 Proof Rum
• 8 oz 7-Up® Soda
• 1 oz Lime Juice
• 2 oz Passion-fruit Syrup

Blending Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients except 151-proof rum in a cocktail shaker with ice
• Pour into a hurricane glass and float the 151-proof rum on top
• Drink through a straw from the bottom up
