Ingredients for a "Nadir Cocktail"

• Gin
• Cherry Brandy
• Lemon Juice
• Strawberry Syrup
• Grenadine Syrup
• Pineapple Juice
• Soda Water

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 2/3 oz Gin
• 1/3 oz Cherry Brandy
• 2/3 oz Lemon Juice
• 2/3 oz Strawberry Syrup
• 1/2 oz Grenadine Syrup
• 2 tsp Pineapple Juice
• 3 oz Soda Water

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the gin, cherry brandy, lemon juice, strawberry syrup, grenadine and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake well, strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes, and fill with soda water
• Garnish with a slice of pineapple, and serve
