Ingredients for a "Mozart"
Quantities for one drink:
- 1 1/2 oz Añejo Rum
- 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 tsp Triple Sec
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
- 1 Twist of Lemon Peel
Blending Instructions:
- In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, vermouth, triple sec and orange bitters
- Stir well
- Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist
