Ingredients for a "Moonraker"

• Tequila
• Pineapple Juice
• Blue Curacao Liqueur

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Tequila
• 4 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1/2 oz Blue Curacao Liqueur

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the tequila and pineapple juice into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes, and stir well
• Drop the blue curacao into the center of the drink, and serve
