Ingredients for a "Monkey Brain #1"

• Apfelkorn
• Bailey's Irish Cream

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 Cl Apfelkorn (apple Liquor)
• Bailey's Irish Cream

Blending Instructions:

• Fill a shot glass with Apfelkorn almost to the rim
• Then, very carefully pour a little Bailey's into the glass
• The two liquors don't mix at if poured correctly, and the Bailey's will sink to the bottom as a nasty looking blob, not unlike a brain
