Ingredients for a "Milkshake Cocktail"

• Bailey's® Irish Cream
• Milk
• Egg
• Lemon Juice
• Sugar Syrup

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/3 oz Bailey's® Irish Cream
• 4 oz Milk
• 1 Egg Yolk
• 1 Dash Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Sugar Syrup

Blending Instructions:

• Combine the Bailey's irish cream, milk, egg yolk, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve
