Ingredients for a "Midori Ecstacy"

• Midori® Melon Liqueur
• White Rum
• Blue Curacao Liqueur
• Lemon Juice
• Pineapple Juice

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Midori® Melon Liqueur
• 1/2 oz White Rum
• 1/2 oz Blue Curacao Liqueur
• 1 Dash Lemon Juice
• Pineapple Juice

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the Midori melon liqueur, rum, blue curacao and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake well
• Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes
• Top with pineapple juice, to taste, and serve
