Ingredients for a "Mexican Iceberg"

• Tequila
• Yukon Jack
• Triple Sec
• Lime Juice
• Ice

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Tequila (Jose Cuervo)
• 1 1/2 oz Yukon Jack
• 1/2 oz Triple Sec
• 1 Splash Lime Juice
• Ice Cubes

Blending Instructions:

• Mix the Tequila and the Yukon Jack together with ice in a large tumbler glass
• Add the Triple Sec and then add the lime juice to taste
• You can garnish with slice of lime of lemon
