Ingredients for a "Meet Virginia"

• Good Amber Rum
• Juice Of 1/2 Lime
• Simple Syrup
• Peychaud's Bitters
• Club Soda

Quantities for one drink:

• 1.5 Oz Good Amber Rum
• Oz Juice Of 1/2 Lime
• .25 Oz Simple Syrup
• 3 Dash/es Peychaud's Bitters
• 3 Oz Club Soda

Blending Instructions:

• Combine the rum, lime juice, bitters and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously
• Strain into a highball glass filled with ice and top with club soda
• Add a lime wedge as a garnish and serve
