Ingredients for a "Mary Poppins"

• Dark Rum
• Apricot Brandy
• Apricot Brandy Liqueur
• Orange Juice
• Pineapple Juice
• Creme De Cassis

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Dark Rum
• 1 oz Apricot Brandy
• 2 oz Apricot Brandy Liqueur
• 2 oz Orange Juice
• 1/4 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1/4 oz Creme de Cassis

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the dark rum, apricot brandy and juices into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice
• Shake well and pour into a collins glass
• Top up with ice and drizzle the creme de cassis and grenadine over the top
• Serve
