Ingredients for a "Major Bailey"

• Gin
• Lemon Juice
• Lime Juice
• Caster Sugar
• Mint

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1 tsp Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Lime Juice
• 1 tsp Caster Sugar
• 2 Mint Sprigs

Blending Instructions:

• Pour gin, lemon and lime juice into a double-cocktail glass
• Add the sugar
• Gently crush the mint, and add to the glass
• Fill with crushed ice, and serve with a cherry and fresh mint sprig
