Ingredients for a "Magic Island"

• Pineapple Juice
• Grapefruit Juice
• Coconut Cream
• Whipping Cream
• Grenadine Syrup

Quantities for one drink:

• 3 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
• 1 oz Coconut Cream
• 1/2 oz Whipping Cream
• 1 tsp Grenadine Syrup

Blending Instructions:

• Blend briefly with three-quarters of a glassful of crushed ice in a wine goblet
• Garnish with in-season fruit and serve with short straws
