Ingredients for a "Low Tide Martini"
Quantities for one drink:
- 3 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1 tsp Clam Juice
Blending Instructions:
- Pour the vodka, dry vermouth and clam juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice
- Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with an olive stuffed with a smoked clam
- Also add a lemon twist, and serve
