Ingredients for a "London Freeze"

• Gin
• Club Soda
• Vanilla Ice Cream

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Gin
• 3 oz Club Soda
• 1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream

Blending Instructions:

• Shake ice cream and gin in a cocktail shaker until sufficiently mixed
• Pour into a collins glass and add carbonated water
• Stir well
