Ingredients for a "London Dock"

• Dark Rum
• Red Wine
• Cinnamon
• Lemon
• Nutmeg
• Honey

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Dark Rum
• 1 1/2 oz Red Wine
• 1 Cinnamon Stick
• 1 Lemon Peel
• 1 Pinch Grated Nutmeg
• 1/2 oz Honey

Blending Instructions:

• Pre-warm a coffee mug and dissolve the honey in a bit of boiling water in the bottom
• Add the rest of the ingredients (except nutmeg) and fill with hot water
• Stir well and garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg
