Ingredients for a "Lobotomy"

• Raspberry Liqueur
• Amaretto Almond Liqueur
• Pineapple Juice
• Champagne

Quantities for one drink:

• 1/2 oz Raspberry Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Amaretto Almond Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1/4 oz Champagne

Blending Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients except champagne in a cocktail shaker with ice
• Strain into a 2-oz shot glass
• Top with a bit of champagne
