Ingredients for a "Lizbuth"

• Light Rum
• Amaretto Almond Liqueur
• Coconut Cream
• Pineapple Juice
• Half-and-half

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Light Rum
• 1/2 oz Amaretto Almond Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Coconut Cream
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• 2 oz Half-and-half

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the rum, amaretto, coconut cream, pineapple juice and half-and-half into a blender with 6 ice cubes
• Blend well and pour into a collins glass
• Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve
