Ingredients for a "Late Mistral"

• Vodka
• Ricard Pastis
• Water
• Lemon

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz vodka
• 1/4 oz Ricard® pastis
• 2 oz cold water
• 1 twist lemon peel

Blending Instructions:

• Pour into an aperitif glass over ice cubes, and fill with cold water
• Stir, add a twist of lemon peel, and serve
