Lassi – SweetNon Alcoholic

Ingredients for a "Lassi - Sweet"

• Yoghurt
• Water
• Sugar
• Salt
• Lemon Juice

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 Cup Yoghurt
• 2 Cups Cold Water
• 4 Tblsp Sugar
• Pinch Salt
• 2 Tblsp Lemon Juice

Blending Instructions:

• Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until nice and frothy
• Serve chilled
