Ingredients for a "Lallah Rookh"

• Light Rum
• Cognac
• Sugar Syrup
• Vanilla Extract
• Whipped Cream

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Light Rum
• 3/4 oz Cognac
• 1 tsp Sugar Syrup
• 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 oz Whipped Cream

Blending Instructions:

• Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
• Strain into a red wine goblet and top with whipped cream
