Ingredients for a "La Belle Quebec"

• Canadian Whisky
• Brandy
• Cherry Brandy
• Lemon Juice
• Superfine Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Canadian Whisky
• 1/2 oz Brandy
• 1/2 oz Cherry Brandy
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 1/2 tsp Superfine Sugar

Blending Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake
• Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve
