Ingredients for a "L.A. Riot"

• Kahlua
• Bailey's Irish Cream
• Green Chartreuse
• Cinnamon

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 Part Kahlua
• 1 Part Bailey's Irish Cream
• 2-3 Drops Green Chartreuse
• 1 Pinch Cinnamon

Blending Instructions:

• Fill half a shot glass with Kahlua, and pour on Baileys in a separate layer, nearly to the top of the glass
• Add a small amount of green chartreuse to float on the top
• Light the drink on fire and sprinkle over cinnamon
• Drink through a straw while still on fire
