Ingredients for a "Kerry Cooler"

• Sherry
• Irish Whiskey
• Club Soda
• Lemon Juice
• Orgeat Syrup

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Sherry
• 2 oz Irish Whiskey
• 1 oz Club Soda
• 1 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 oz Orgeat Syrup

Blending Instructions:

• Shake everything except soda with ice; strain into a highball glass
• Top with the club soda
