Ingredients for a "Juan Blue"

• Tequila
• Orange Juice
• Grapefruit Juice
• Lemon Juice
• Bitters
• Blue Curacao Liqueur

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Tequila
• 2 oz Orange Juice
• 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 Dash Bitters
• 2 tsp Blue Curacao Liqueur

Blending Instructions:

• Pour tequila, orange juice, grapefruit juice, lemon juice and bitters in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
• Shake and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes
• Carefully float the curacao on top by pouring over the back of a teaspoon, and serve
