• Vodka
• Angostura® Bitters
• Sugar
• Champagne

Quantities for one drink:

• 3/4 - 1 oz Vodka
• 2 - 3 Dashes Angostura® Bitters
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 4 oz Champagne

Blending Instructions:

• Saturate a sugar cube or teaspoon of sugar in a champagne flute with angostura bitters
• Add vodka, fill with champagne, and serve
