Ingredients for a "Jack Honey Slushee"

• Lime Juice
• Passion-fruit Juice
• Jack Iron® Strong Caribbean Rum
• Water
• Bitters
• Nutmeg

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Lime Juice
• 4 oz Passion-fruit Juice Concentrate
• 6 oz Jack Iron® Strong Caribbean Rum
• 8 oz Water
• 1 Dash Bitters
• 1 Pinch Fresh
• Grated Nutmeg

Blending Instructions:

• Mix the first four ingredients together and store in a freezable container
• Place in freezer for 24 hours until frozen to slush consistency
• Make sure you use strong rum (140+), or it will freeze solid
• Serve in a pina colada or old fashioned glass
• Add a dash of bitters and some freshly grated nutmeg
