Ingredients for a "Italian Greyhound"

Quantities for one drink:

  • 1 1/2 oz Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Campari® Bitters
  • 5 oz Grapefruit Juice

Blending Instructions:

  • Stir the vodka and grapefruit juice together in a highball glass
  • Float the Campari over a barspoon onto the top, and serve
