Ingredients for a "Italian Dream"

• Irish Cream
• Amaretto Almond Liqueur
• Light Cream

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Irish Cream
• 1/2 oz Amaretto Almond Liqueur
• 2 oz Light Cream

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the Irish cream, amaretto and light cream into a blender with half a cup of crushed ice
• Blend until smooth
• Pour into a parfait glass, and serve
