Ingredients for a "Island Dancer"

• Absinthe Mata Hari
• Pineapple Juice
• Mint Leaves
• Lime Wedge
• Lemon-Lime Soda

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 Oz Absinthe Mata Hari
• 2 Oz Pineapple Juice
• 6-8 Unit/s Mint Leaves
• 1 Unit/s Lime Wedge
• 1 Dash/es Lemon-Lime Soda

Blending Instructions:

• Muddle mint leaves and lime wedge with Absinthe Mata Hari
• Add ice and pineapple juice and shake well
• Top with Lemon-Lime Soda and garnish with a sprig of mint
