Ingredients for a "Irish Lumberjack"

• Bailey's® Irish Cream
• Bushmills® Irish Whiskey
• Cinnamon
• Espresso
• Half-and-half
• Milk

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Bailey's® Irish Cream
• 1 oz Bushmills® Irish Whiskey
• 1/5 tsp Cinnamon
• 2 - 3 oz Espresso
• Half-and-half
• Milk

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the Bailey's Irish Cream and Bushmill's Irish Whiskey into an Irish coffee cup
• Brew the espresso, and pour into the coffee cup
• Fill to 3/4 full with half-and-half
• Steam the milk and pour into the cup until full
• Dust with cinnamon if desired, and serve
