Ingredients for a "Irish Coffee"

• Irish Whiskey
• Brown Sugar
• Coffee
• Heavy Cream

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey
• 1 tsp Brown Sugar (demerara)
• 6 oz Hot Coffee
• Heavy Cream

Blending Instructions:

• Combine whiskey, sugar and coffee in mug and stir to dissolve
• Float cold cream gently on top
• Do not mix
