Ingredients for a "Irish Blackthorn"

• Irish Whiskey
• Dry Vermouth
• Pernod® Licorice Liqueur
• Angostura® Bitters

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey
• 1 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
• 3 Dashes Pernod® Licorice Liqueur
• 3 Dashes Angostura® Bitters

Blending Instructions:

• Pour the Irish whiskey, vermouth, pernod and bitters into an old-fashioned glass half-filled with ice cubes
• Stir well, and serve
