Ingredients for a "Indian Tea"

• Gold Rum
• Amaretto Almond Liqueur
• Tea
• Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Gold Rum
• 3/4 oz Amaretto Almond Liqueur
• 5 oz Hot Black Tea
• 1 tsp Sugar

Blending Instructions:

• Gently simmer tea and peel in a small saucepan for 1 - 2 minutes
• Add liquors and pour, with peel, into a cup
• Serve
