Ingredients for a "Indian Summer Cocktail"

• Bacardi® White Rum
• Appleton Estate® Dark Jamaica Rum
• Pineapple Juice
• Grapefruit Juice
• Currant Syrup
• Sprite® Soda

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Bacardi® White Rum
• 1 oz Appleton Estate® Dark Jamaica Rum
• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
• 1/2 oz Currant Syrup
• 1 Splash Sprite® Soda

Blending Instructions:

• Pour all ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice cubes, stir and serve
