Ingredients for a "Ice Palace"

• Light Rum
• Galliano
• Apricot Brandy
• Pineapple Juice
• Lemon Juice
• Orange

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Light Rum
• 1/2 oz Galliano
• 1/2 oz Apricot Brandy
• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 Slice Orange

Blending Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients (except orange slice) with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes
• Garnish with the slice of orange and a cherry (if desired) and serve
