Ingredients for a "Ibsen"

• Aquavit
• Lime Juice
• Orgeat Syrup
• Egg White
• Bitters

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 Shots Aquavit (Norwegian)
• 3/4 Shot Fresh Lime Juice
• 3/4 Shot Orgeat Syrup
• 1/2 Egg White
• 2 Dashes Bitters

Blending Instructions:

• Shake with ice, then strain into ice filled whisky glass
• Garnish with a pinch of ground cinnamon sprinkled on top
