Ingredients for a "Hot Lava"

• Light Rum
• Half-and-half
• Pineapple Juice
• Sweet
• Sour Mix
• Pineapple
• Strawberries
• Coconut Extract

Quantities for one drink:

• 1 oz Light Rum
• 1 oz Half-and-half
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz Sweet And Sour Mix
• 1 Slice Pineapple
• 2 oz Strawberries
• 1 oz Coconut Extract

Blending Instructions:

• Puree the strawberries and pour into a hurricane glass
• Fill blender with ice to 1/3 full,and add all other ingredients (except pineapple slice) Blend until smooth
• Gently pour the slush down the side of the glass, careful not to disturb the strawberry
• Garnish with pineapple slice and an orchid flower
