Ingredients for a "Hot Chocolate Mint"

• Peppermint Schnapps
• Cocoa
• Whipped Cream
• Sugar

Quantities for one drink:

• 3/4 oz Peppermint Schnapps
• 5 oz Hot Cocoa
• 1 tbsp Whipped Cream
• 1 tsp Sugar

Blending Instructions:

• Combine schnapps and cocoa in an irish coffee cup
• Sweeten, to taste
• Top with cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and serve
