Ingredients for a "Hot Benefactor"

• Jamaican Dark Rum
• Red Wine
• Water
• Lemon
• Nutmeg
• Sugar Syrup

Quantities for one drink:

• 2 oz Jamaican Dark Rum
• 2 oz Red Wine
• 1 oz Water
• 1 Slice Lemon
• 1 Pinch Nutmeg
• 1 tsp Sugar Syrup

Blending Instructions:

• Heat sugar syrup in a saucepan with a little water
• Stir until the sugar dissolves
• Add jamaican rum and red wine (dry is better) and heat until it simmers
• Add syrup to saucepan with a little hot water and stir until sugar is dissolved
• Pre-warm a mug and pour the mixture in
• Add a lemon slice and sprinkle nutmeg on top
